I just order using Yandex Eda app. So I have some instructions about how to use this app not knowing Russian. So the instruction was that when the robot comes in front of the dormitory. So I just call to then why this robot is not working. She does not understand me because of English. I suddenly notice that the robot is going back without delivering my food. Then I come back and call Yandex, which I call earlier does not find any suitable solution. Then I ask help from the dormitory grade to help me take to phone. She actually helps me to restore my order. Then the robot comes, and I got a call from Yandex and still found the same problem that is not open.
